Greek Islands

1987 – the first year our Director Chris travelled to Greece in what has become a love affair. Since then he has visited over fifty islands, each with its own unique style and flavour but everywhere you go with the ‘filoxenia’ – locals becoming friends to the stranger.

As each year passes, Chris tries to add at least one more island to his list (it’s become his bucket list to visit each one) and learn what it has to offer different from the others.

Whilst the island chains have very distinctive features (the Sporades and Ionian islands are very green and the Cyclades have picture-postcard whitewashed houses with colourful shutters) it is true to say that each island has its own highlights.

Whilst the ferries are no longer the ramshackle boats that used to race each other across the Aegean Sea and Athens Airport no longer has the atmosphere that the old airport did, it is still a delight to sit on the deck of a ferry as the sun goes down, watching the glittering lights of the islands as you pass by.

For us here at CT4N Travel, we want your own Greek Odyssey to be full of ‘kefi’ – fun, high spirits and most of all enjoyable.

So let us guide you through the bewildering choices of Greece and her islands and help you book your dream Greek holiday.
